3D print

10 years ago it seemed like a dream, today it is reality.
3D printing has shown the industry its true potential, making even the most exotic materials printable. For example, perhaps you'd like a spray bottle holder for a fume hood to keep your workspace organized and clean?

Or a protective cap that must be resistant to the most aggressive acids.

Even an autoclavable part is possible. Satiata has a 3D printer in-house that's up to all these challenges.

2

stainless steel

In some cases, your work processes require the use of stainless steel. Consider, for example, working with mercury. Cutting tables, exhaust systems, sinks, and work tables also sometimes need to be made of stainless steel. For these, we use 316 stainless steel. This is acid- and chemical-resistant and suitable for use in the food industry. Our welders are certified and experienced in welding stainless steel.

Sliding mechanism

Heavy drums of chemical waste are often stored under equipment. Think of 20L drums, for example, which can easily weigh 20kg. If these are stored under a table in a collection tray, replacing them can be cumbersome and cumbersome. Satiata offers a solution: we install a sliding mechanism that eliminates the need to kneel to replace the drum, and prevents shoulder injuries by eliminating the need for ergonomic lifting. Our guide rails come standard with a soft-close option.
