Our working method:
Intake
Satiata likes to serve its customers well. For this we like to visit you. Here we will discuss things like the wishes of the customer, possibilities, budget, special features, and what Satiata can do for you.
We would like to involve 1 or more end users (mainly laboratory technicians) in this process. This way we can be sure that everyone will be satisfied with the end product.
Manufacturing
After the down payment, we will immediately start manufacturing your order. We use a standard delivery time of 15 working days. If this is different, you will be notified. We do this to make the product optimal for the Assembly step. This means that your lab will be less affected by the assembly, so that the work can continue undisturbed.
Assembly
In the Assembly step, all the puzzle pieces come together.
Our products + Your lab = a great combination.
We may work with companies or departments that are not unknown to you. Think of the network operator, HVAC technician, electrician, or technical service. Instructions about this will always follow shortly after the intake interview.
Perfection
After installation, we give the customer time to get to know their new product. It's possible that problems will be discovered later, such as the product's location, its adjustment, or any ambiguities. After a pre-agreed timeframe, a technician will visit to finalize the installation. This ultimately results in a satisfied customer!
